We like to keep things simple, which is why delivery is FREE if your order is over $69. Else it is a flat-rate $9, no matter where in Australia your order is going to.
We ship via DHL Express - the world's premium and most trustworthy courier company, where typically deliveries are completed within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
Although we’d love to guarantee a delivery date, we rely on our awesome courier supplier (DHL Express) to get our boxes delivered around Australia in a speedy fashion.
You’ll always know where your Smile Box is – we email the tracking code directly to you once shipped.
If you’re wanting a box for a specific date in the future, we recommend choosing to specify an open date when ordering. We’ll add a tag to the outside of the box requesting the recipient not to open it until your specified date.
