We've got two great delivery options, as we know some gifts aren't as urgent as others:

FREE economy (tracked) delivery - 6-12 business days from dispatch

Standard delivery ($6) - 3-6 business days from dispatch

We deliver to most countries around the world via DHL Express, the world's premium and most trustworthy courier company.

To view pricing and to send to any country, simply select the country you wish to send to under the 'I'm sending to' dropdown at the top of any page or on the product page. This will show prices to that country, inclusive of delivery. That's right - no extra shipping fee surprises when checking out!

All prices of the boxes include free delivery, to the country selected under the 'I'm sending to' dropdown on the product page.

There are varying costs of the boxes for different countries, so to see the cost of a gift to a particular country, simply choose a different country on the product page under the 'I'm sending to' dropdown.

We don't like surprises like additional shipping costs at checkout, which is why all our box prices include delivery to the country selected.

With DHL Express we usually expect delivery throughout Australia and worldwide typically within 2-6 business days of dispatch from our smiley workshop in Wanaka, NZ.

You’ll always know where your Smile Box gift is – we email the tracking code directly to you once shipped.

If you’re wanting a box for a specific date in the future, we recommend choosing to specify an open date when ordering. We’ll add a tag to the outside of the box requesting the recipient not to open it until your specified date.

You can always see what's available to a particular country by making sure the country selected at the top of the home page or on the product page is the one you are sending the gift to.

If already dispatched, a redirection can be requested via the DHL on Demand link sent to you via SMS or email when the package was dispatched.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, let us know as soon as you can and we'll try change the address before DHL picks it up.
