Delivery Info 🌏

For gifts sent within New Zealand, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days from dispatch, depending on location. Although we’d love to guarantee a delivery date, we rely on our awesome courier supplier (NZ Post) to get our boxes delivered around NZ in a speedy fashion.

If sending overseas, we use DHL Express and typically expect delivery within 2-6 business days of dispatch, depending on location.

You’ll always know where your Smile Box gift is – we email the tracking code directly to you once shipped.

If you’re wanting a box for a specific date in the future, we recommend choosing to specify an open date when ordering. We’ll add a tag to the outside of the box requesting the recipient not to open it until your specified date.

As we're based in beautiful Wanaka, NZ, there are some products we can sell within NZ which we can't send overseas. Such examples are:

Gift vouchers (which won't be valid at stores overseas)

Products containing alcohol

Products containg seeds and raw foods e.g. nuts

You can always see what's available to a particular country by making sure the country selected at the top of the home page or on the product page is the one you are sending to.

If already dispatched, a redirection can be requested on the order's tracking page (provided the new address is within 75km of the original address). Simply go the your order's tracking page and click on the 'redirect my parcel' link.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, let us know as soon as you can and we'll try change the address before the courier picks it up.
